Medium chain triglycerides, as opposed to long chain triglycerides (LCT), which are found in most foods. They are easily absorbed in the body and are converted into ketones to help fuel the brain and body with the energy of good fats rather than running on sugar and carbohydrates. 

Our MCT Oil is fractionated which differs from regular MCT oil that is heat extracted, rather than cold pressed. It is a very high quality pharmaceutical grade oil that is sourced from Germany. It is a liquid at room temperature unlike other MCT oils. MCT is comprised of primarily capylic and capric fatty acids, and is a light yellow, odorless, translucent liquid at room temperature.
